Fulham are apparently keen on QPR's teenage striking sensation Raheem Sterling and could rival Arsenal for his signature.

It looked like Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was the favourite to land the highly-rated 15-year-old and was expected to make a move for him in the summer.

However, fresh reports indicate Fulham are also ready to try and lure him to Craven Cottage where the chance of making it into the first team is likely to come sooner than if he were to choose a move to the Emirates.

Sterling, who was only 15 in December and is yet to make his first-team debut for Rangers, is an England Under-16 international and the pacy forward is tipped to have a big future in the game.

QPR are thought to be ready to let him move on for a small down payment of £1.5million with a number of add-ons inserted into the deal should he fulfil his potential.
