Fulham are said to have expressed an interest in taking Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom on a season-long loan deal.
The 20-year-old made 17 appearances for the Reds last term as manager Brendan Rodgers was forced to turn to his youngsters during a difficult first season at Anfield.
Wisdom performed admirably having been thrown in at the deep end and Rodgers is keen for him to continue his development by playing more regularly this season.
Fulham could be an option for Wisdom as Cottagers boss Martin Jol is looking for cover across the backline after utility man Chris Baird was released at the end of last season.
Wisdom has a long-term contract with the Reds, making a permanent deal unlikely, but Jol should get a positive response if he goes ahead with plans to offer to take the defender on loan.
