Gera eyes goal rush

FulhamSummer signing Zoltan Gera has vowed to try to score the goals to ensure Fulham are not fighting another relegation battle this season.

Hungary international Gera opened his Cottagers account last weekend in the win over Bolton as the Craven Cottage outfit moved up to seventh in the Premier League.

Gera said: "I want to score lots of goals; I want to score in every game - not five or 10 - as many as I can.

"So far I've not been satisfied with my performances but against Bolton I played well and my team-mates praised me in the dressing room.

"It's early to talk about it but I think it would be annoying if we were fighting against relegation at the end of the season."
