Hodgson praises staff after another signing

FulhamRoy Hodgson has praised Fulham officials for their transfer work after securing the signature of midfielder Dickson Etuhu.

The Cottagers completed their latest capture late on Friday, with former Norwich ace Etuhu joining from Sunderland on a three-year contract.

The Nigerian international becomes the 11th player that Hodgson has signed since Fulham narrowly avoided relegation at the end of last season and the manager is pleased with his summer's work.

Hodgson said: "The transfer window closes in a few days' time and I'm delighted with the signings we have made this summer.

"A great deal of credit must go to those working behind the scenes who have worked tirelessly to secure the players we have targeted."
