Martin Jol says there is no chance of Fulham signing Urby Emanuelson permanently once his loan deal from AC Milan expires this summer.
The Dutch winger has been at Craven Cottage since January and after a settling in period has begun to impress the Cottagers faithful with his recent performances.
The 26-year-old gave arguably his best display in a Fulham shirt last Saturday as Jol's men were beaten 1-0 by Arsenal.
The former Tottenham boss is a big fan of Emanuelson but says he won't be bothering talking to AC Milan about a permanent deal in the summer as he feels the Rossoneri have no interest in selling.
"You could see [on Saturday] that Urby is a nice, technical crowd-pleaser," said Jol. "But there is not an option on him, because it would be impossible to buy him."
Should Emanuelson not join then Jol may turn back to Alex Kacaniklic after recalling him from his loan spell at Burnley and putting him straight into the starting XI for the game with Arsenal.
The Swede is keen to prove his worth in west London and says he hopes to feature regularly for Fulham in future.
"I was happy with my performance. I am happy to be back, this is where I want to be," the 21-year-old told the Fulham and Hammersmith Chronicle.
