Gillingham have extended the loan spell of Luton goalkeeper Dean Brill by a further week after the youngster impressed.

Gills boss Ronnie Jepson was impressed with the way Brill played as he stepped in for the injured Kelvin Jack at Yeovil last weekend. The Gills lost 2-0 but Jepson thought Brill was not at fault and has decided to keep him on.

"He was smashing," Jepson told the club's official website. "He has good presence and was excellent positionally."
