Rotherham boss Alan Knill heaped praise on Gillingham's Matt Jarvis and feels the in-demand midfielder is definitely Premiership class.
Knill singled out Jarvis and Millers forward Will Hoskins after watching his side go down 1-0 to the Gills on Saturday and he believes both clubs will face a real fight to hold on to their respective players in the future.
Gillingham could lose Jarvis as early as the January transfer window as he has turned down the offer of a new contract at The Priestfield and Knill feels both he and Hoskins could hold their own in the top flight.
"Jarvis is a very good player and was outstanding," said Knill. "He's probably the best player in his position in this league and you can understand why clubs are after him.
"It's the same with Will. You can tell they are good enough to go on. I'm sure Gillingham's manager Ronnie Jepson will be desperate to keep hold of Jarvis and I'm the same with Will.
"They are both very good footballers and I think the big clubs should take a chance on them."
