Luckless Accies frustrate boss

HamiltonBilly Reid has hailed the spirit of his Hamilton side but says their luck must change soon following the narrow defeat at Hearts.

Christian Nade's late goal gave the Jambos a 1-0 win at Tynecastle to keep Reid's side firmly at the bottom of the SPL table.

But the Accies boss insists his side deserved more from the game and bemoaned the lack of luck they're having at the moment.

He said: "We don't seem to be getting much luck just now, we've been saying that the last three or four weeks. They say it evens itself out, but at the moment it's not for us.

"We were a bit unlucky. I think you can see the spirit of our team, not giving in and we'll move on from here.

"The boys are down a bit, but we've got to take heart from our second-half performance and you heard the reaction of the Hearts supporters at the end of the game.

"They were frustrated as they couldn't get out at times and that's all credit to Hamilton Accies."
