Csaba Laszlo revealed he has the green light to bring in some new signings after his meeting with Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov.

The Jambos chief flew to Lithuania to speak to Romanov in a bid to secure some finances to bolster the squad at Tynecastle ahead of the new SPL campaign on August 15. And Laszlo admitted that he will now get busy looking at potential targets in the very near future.

"It was a very good trip, everything is so far okay and I am happy," said Laszlo.

"I know we will take some players now but I can't say too much more at the moment. We are not finished, we know what we must do and we would like to go and get some players. We have some time at the moment and we will try to work. This will be my work over the next week or two, to get some new players.

"Other teams in Scotland have not signed many players. We already have two new players in Black and Goncalves. Definitely, we will get more players. It is only a question of time."
