Csaba Laszlo has indicated that Hearts will look to bring in experienced SPL players this summer to strengthen the current squad.

The manager will sit down with owner Vladimir Romanov in the next couple of weeks to discuss what can be done in the transfer market, but says he may be looking to raid rival clubs.

Laszlo has previously brought in several players from overseas but has now hinted that Scottish-based players could be the way ahead in the future.

The Jambos boss said: "We need players who can take the team forward and a more Scottish mentality is needed.

"I think there's already talk that if you are a young Scot and want to be a top player then you go to Hearts and sign for Csaba Laszlo. That's what I want."
