Hearts sign midfielder

Hearts have completed the capture of Polish midfielder Adrian Mrowiec from FBK Kaunas in an undisclosed deal.

The 24-year-old was involved in the their 2-1 aggregate victory over Rangers in the Uefa Champions League qualifiers and boss Csaba Laszlo is delighted to have added the player to his squad.

He told the club website: "This is a player that we wanted to sign and I am happy he is coming to Hearts.

"We needed to strengthen the central midfield defensive position and I think Adrian will help us."
