Young striker Jamie Mole has revealed his intention to force his way into Hearts boss Csaba Laszlo's first-team plans next season.

The 21-year-old has been with the Jambos for five years during which time he has spent periods on loan at Livingston, Queen of the South and Dunfermline.

Following a four-month loan spell with the Pars at East End Park last term, Mole feels it is time he was pushing for a place in Laszlo's starting XI at Tynecastle.

He said: "I want to come back and try to impress the manager. I hope to take part in his plans for the new season.

"I find it hard going on loan to a club.

"People know I'm a shy kind of guy. It takes me a while to get settled in, to get used to it, but I enjoyed my spell at Dunfermline.

"They are a good bunch of lads and have a good manager."
