John Hughes says he hopes to further add to his squad despite the transfer window closing, with unattached players still available.

Despite the last-gasp loan capture of Plymouth midfielder Alan Gow on Monday, Hughes is still keen to add further new faces to bolster the club's hopes of a top three finish - with Hibs just two points behind Celtic with a game in hand.

Speaking to Hibs TV, Hughes said: "Window closes, it does not mean that there are not other players out there.

"I would imagine that there are a lot of players now who have freedom of contract, so we'll still be looking at that."
