Hull City will play Spanish side Real Betis in their final pre-season game for Andy Dawson's testimonial on August 10.
The defender was released after 10 years at the club earlier in the summer and subsequently joined former side Scunthorpe to continue his career.
He was granted a testimonial though and is set to be back at the KC Stadium for the game, which will act as Steve Bruce's side's final preparation ahead of the club's return to the Premier League.
Scunthorpe have a League Two fixture at Bristol Rovers on the same date as the Betis match, but Dawson has been given permission to play in his own testimonial instead.
The 34-year-old played 317 times for Hull and was a regular during the last spell in the Premier League.
