Proschwitz fires reminder

Last Updated: Wed, 16 Oct 2013 15:37

Nick Proschwitz fired another reminder to Steve Bruce as he grabbed one of the goals in the reserves' victory over Mansfield.

Proschwitz is desperate to force his way into the thoughts of the Hull boss and his goal for the second string as they fought back from a goal down to beat the Stags, would have done him no harm at all.

The striker's agent had said last week that they would consider a loan move away if his first-team prospects did not improve and a decision will be taken in the coming weeks.

James Armstrong grabbed the winning goal for the Tigers after Proschwitz had cancelled out Matt Rhead's opening goal for the visitors.
