Hamburg have said they will listen to offers for midfielder Rincon, who is being linked with a switch to Hull City.
Steve Bruce has made signing at least one new midfielder before the transfer window closes his top priority, and the 25-year-old Rincon has emerged as a target.
The Venezuela international, who has just 12 months remaining on his current deal, is keen to move on in search of first-team football and would be interested in a switch to the KC Stadium.
"I am with Hamburg and I will keep cool on this (link)," Rincon revealed when quizzed about Hull's interest. "For me, it's important to get regular first-team action."
Meanwhile, Hamburg coach Thorsten Fink says the player is up for grabs after being told he needs to trim the size of his squad.
"We have to reduce the amount of players in the first-team squad," said Fink. "If a club comes in with an offer for him, we will definitely have to consider it."
