Brewster on squad strength

Inverness CTCraig Brewster says he is happy with his squad even though he would like to have signed defensive reinforcements last month.

Having missed out on Livingston skipper James McPake before the transfer window closed on Monday, Brewster admits he would have liked to strengthen defensively but insists the Inverness Caley squad remains strong.

Speaking to the Press and Journal, Brewster said: "I am not overly disappointed I was not able to bring someone in, as we have Grant Munro and David Proctor, who are coming back from injury, as well as Jamie Duff and Phil McGuire, so we still have bodies in defence.

"It was mainly the defensive area I was looking at but you always have to check what is available elsewhere.

"In saying that, I am happy with the squad I have got."
