Wilson hails young talent

Inverness CTInverness Caledonian Thistle midfielder Barry Wilson has hailed the young players at the club and is predicting a bright future.

Wilson is coming towards the end of his career but is encouraged by the amount of young talent coming through the ranks and is hoping to help them progress even further.

"We probably have as many good youngsters now as we have ever had at the club." Wilson told the Press and Journal. "Jamie Duff, Iain Vigurs and Garry are coming through and Rory has been on the fringes for the last two years. It is time he came through and showed what he can do.

"Adam Rooney is 20, and Andy Barrowman is 23, so we have the nucleus of a young squad now which is good for me as hopefully I can use my experience to help them.

"I want to help make them better players for the club."
