Ipswich will be without defender Alex Bruce for Tuesday's visit of Peterborough to Portman Road because of a groin injury.

Town boss Roy Keane might also again be without influential midfielder Lee Martin with the heel problem which forced him to miss Saturday's 0-0 draw at Bristol City.

Midfielder David Norris is edging closer to his comeback after a knee ligament injury, but the Posh game will come too soon, while goalkeeper Richard Wright and Luciano Civelli are long-term cruciate ligament injury absentees.

Ipswich will be looking to extend their unbeaten record to nine as they aim to pull away from the Championship drop zone.
