Kilmarnock's Liam Kelly says he was disappointed with his overall performance against Inverness despite scoring twice.

The midfielder netted in both halves of the Scottish Cup fourth round tie against Inverness Caledonian Thistle but insisted he had not been anywhere near his best during the match.

Kelly told the club website: "I didn't play too well but I still managed to get two goals, luckily enough. It wasn't a great performance but we got the result."

The 19-year-old, who made his debut for the Rugby Park side against Hamilton at the end of January, is yet to be beaten in a Killie shirt and hopes that trend continues in Tuesday's clash against Falkirk.

He added: "We're just hoping to build on that (cup performance) and keep trying to get ourselves up the league - we have a six-pointer against Falkirk on Wednesday and both teams will be really up for it, but we have to try and dig in the way we have been and stick together as a team."
