Diego Simone says he has no concerns about the morale at Atletico Madrid as he looks for his team to bounce back from recent defeats.

Atletico's unbeaten start to the season came to an end at Valencia last week as they were beaten 2-0 and they didn't fare much better in the Europa League on Thursday, as the lost by the same scoreline to Academica.

Having flown out of the traps this term there have been questions as to whether Simeone's men can bounce back from the two defeats when they play host to Getafe on Sunday.

The Argentine coach says he has no concerns over the effects of the recent setbacks and was pleased with the way his team played, despite the results not going their way.

Simeone said "I can't put into words what I feel about those two defeats. The games were not the same, but we lost them both and in that respect, they were the same. I am not worried about the morale of the team. The game against Valencia has to be the way forward".
