Leeds boss Simon Grayson described the side's performance against Swindon as 'unacceptable' after the Whites slipped to a 3-0 defeat.

Despite having only lost three times all season Leeds are now off top spot and three points behind leaders Norwich, although they do have a game in hand, and Grayson was less than happy with his side on Tuesday.

Grayson said: "We have not been doing the thing we were at the start of the season and that is not acceptable.

"They started the game the better and we conceded early on and we were playing the wrong way at times, but I am confident we can turn it around.

"Nothing is won at this stage of the season and hopefully that is the kick in the backside we have needed."
