One in - one out at Elland Road

LeedsArgentinian striker Luciano Becchio has completed his move to Leeds, while midfielder Curtis Weston has joined Gillingham on loan.

Whites boss Gary McAllister wrapped up the signing of the 24-year-old hitman on a three-year deal ahead of their final pre-season friendly against Belgian side FCV Dender on Saturday at Elland Road following a successful trial stint.

On the former Barcelona, Mallorca and Merida forward, boss Gary McAllister told the Yorkshire Post: "We were very keen to get him in - he will be a real threat for us. I've been pleased with what I've seen of him in the games.

"He'll be dangerous. Along with Jermaine Beckford, Enoch Showunmi, Robert Snodgrass and Andy Robinson, it gives us five offensive players who will allow us to make changes in shape."

Meanwhile 21-year-old Weston has moved to Gillingham on a 28-day loan arrangement following a disappointing season at Leeds when he made only three starts in League One. He had been on trial with Hibernian recently, but has opted to move to Priestfield.
