Jay Bothroyd is said to be 'flattered' at interest from Leeds United but will keep his options open before deciding who to join.The Molineux outfit have accepted a deal worth £300,000 from the Whites, but Bothroyd's spokesperson insists he wants to choose his next club carefully.
He said in the Yorkshire Evening Post: "Jay is flattered to be linked with Leeds United. But he will be making his decision a little later on in the transfer window.
"There are a few other interested parties. But Jay realises Leeds are a huge, huge club and he is considering this option.
"Jay has huge respect for Gary McAllister, having worked with him before. He knows what he can bring to a football club."
"Jay has one year left (at Wolves) and is taking his time to make a decision.
"At this moment, there is no rush and he is concentrating on getting fit for the season, regardless of where he is."
