Midfielder joins League One rivals

LeicesterMidfielder James Wesolowski has left the Walkers Stadium and joined League One rivals Cheltenham Town on a three-month loan deal.

New Cheltenham boss Martin Allen has raided his former club to sign Wesolowski until the end of the year, although Leicester have an option to recall him after the first month.

Allen told Cheltenham's official website: "He (Wesolowski) is young, he is hungry, and I am very grateful to Leicester for allowing him to come here."

Wesolowski, 21, has found first-team opportunities hard to come by at the Walkers Stadium this season, making just two appearances for Nigel Pearson's men in the League Cup.
