Liverpool defender Daniel Agger says his heart is at Anfield and has played down talk of a move to Spanish giants Barcelona.
Barca are keen to draft in a new central defender, and if they miss out on top target David Luiz at Chelsea, reports have claimed they will turn to Agger.
However Agger has moved quickly to play down the rumours, saying he is fully focused on the job in hand at Liverpool and is not interested in a switch to the Nou Camp.
"I am fully focused on what is going on here at Liverpool," Agger revealed when quizzed about the rumours.
"I do not need to comment on it. We have enough to do here. We're working very hard. My heart is still for Liverpool. It always has been. It always will be."
Agger's comments will be music to the ears of all Liverpool fans, who have been forced to listen to Luis Suarez expressing a desire to leave Anfield all summer.
