Championship outfit Huddersfield have secured a deal to sign young Liverpool midfielder Conor Coady for an undisclosed fee.
Coady has agreed a three-year deal with the option of a further 12 months and will immediately head off to West Yorkshire to prepare for the new Championship season which starts on Saturday.
The 21-year-old spent last term out on loan with League One side Sheffield United and has failed to do enough to convince boss Brendan Rodgers that he deserves a place in the senior squad.
Rodgers handed the midfielder two senior appearances for the Anfield outfit while he also appeared in pre-season friendlies against Brondby, Preston and Roma.
He was handed his senior debut against Anzhi Makhachkala in the Europa League in November 2012 before making his Premier League debut at Fulham in May 2013.
