Robbie Keane has said he will not lose sleep over not scoring for his new club Liverpool in his five games so far.

Three Premier League and two Champions League games have gone and Keane - a £20.3million recruit from Tottenham during the summer - has not yet found the net.

However, when asked if his club drought was playing on his mind ahead of Ireland's World Cup qualifier against Georgia, striker Keane said: "No, because I am playing for Ireland. No, not at all.

"As I have said before many times, I never worry about not scoring goals.

"I scored my last one for Ireland; I am with Ireland now, so as long as I do the business for Ireland tonight, that's the most important thing at this present time."
