Liverpool are monitoring young Anderlecht star Dennis Praet as Brendan Rodgers continues to invest in youth at the club.

The 18-year-old broke into Anderlecht's first-team last season, making seven appearances, and has made five senior starts this term which has alerted others to his availability.

Liverpool, who have shown their willingness to play youngsters in their first team with the likes of Suso, Raheem Sterling and Andre Wisdom all featuring regularly in recent matches, are ready to make an offer in the region of £4m to try and win the race to land him.
