Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen says he would prefer a move to Manchester City over Liverpool and Tottenham this summer.
The Netherlands international looks poised to leave the Amsterdam Arena at the end of this season as Ajax cash in on a player who only has one year left on his current contract.
A host of clubs are believed to be chasing the 21-year-old, with Liverpool and Tottenham thought to be readying offers in the region of £12m.
However, Eriksen has now spoken out on his preferred destination and says he would rather join either Manchester City or Paris Saint-Germain when he eventually departs Ajax.
"I'd like to play for a club like Manchester City or PSG," Eriksen told Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad.
"For me it is important that I have a good feeling at the club.
"I should be able to play football and then I could develop. I will be a better football player."
City boss Roberto Mancini is expected to call for a complete overhaul of his squad after they surrendered the title to rivals Manchester United so meekly this season and could now make a move for Eriksen after his comments.
