Manchester City target Edinson Cavani is staying focused on Napoli and 'not thinking' about reports linking him with a move away.
The highly-rated 26-year-old Uruguayan international forward has been heavily linked with a move to City and Premier League rivals Chelsea for a considerable amount of time now.
However, the January departure of Mario Balotelli to AC Milan resulted in renewed speculation that City boss Roberto Mancini will look to fill the void left by the Italian with a raid for Cavani at the end of this season.
It appears City would not have a problem paying Cavani's £60million release clause but the player insists he does not want to discuss his future because he is focused on helping Napoli's Serie A title push as the side sit second in the table four points behind leaders Juventus.
"I'm calmly living through all of this," he said. "There is a lot of talk in football and I'm being linked with a lot of teams.
"But I'm only thinking of Napoli, a club who offered me their faith in the summer of 2010 by paying Palermo a lot for me.
"I'm just focused on giving 100 per cent for Napoli - I'm not thinking about the rest."
