Sevilla winger Diego Capel has refused to rule out a move after being linked with Man City and Spurs.

The diminutive 20-year-old is rated as one of the best left-sided attackers in Spain and reports claim his promise has alerted at least two clubs in the Premier League.

Capel has won two caps for Spain this year but was not part of their Euro 2008-winning squad in the summer.

Sevilla would fight to hang on to Capel but a bid of £13m could be enough to tempt the Andalucians into business.

Capel's ability on the left flank would give both City and Spurs tremendous balance if they can tempt the long-haired flyer to England, with the player himself claiming he would "study the details" despite being happy in Spain.
