Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson could make a raft of changes to his side for the trip to Sunderland on Saturday.
The Scot will see his side travel to the Stadium of Light with a healthy 15-point lead over second-placed Manchester City and, with one eye on an FA Cup quarter-final replay with Chelsea on Monday night, he could use a few fringe players.
Veteran Paul Scholes (knee), defender Phil Jones (ankle) and midfielder Nani (hamstring) could all return to the starting line-up with Darren Fletcher the only long-term absentee in the Red Devils' squad.
