Galatasaray have revealed they are no longer interested in signing Manchester United's Nani after seeing a 7million euro bid rejected.
Nani is expected to depart this summer following the January signing of Wilfried Zaha, who spent the remainder of last season on loan at former side Crystal Palace after completing his transfer to United.
Galatasaray had been amongst the favourites to sign the Portuguese winger but the Turkish giants have ended their pursuit of Nani after seeing a bid bid rejected by United.
"We offered 7 million euros for him," chairman Unal Aysal told Milliyet. "But they didn't accept. We can't give more than this.
"We are not going to follow Nani anymore. We can't give more than 7 million euros for him. They want 10 million euros. Because of this he is not on our transfer list anymore."
Nani has entered the final year of his deal at Old Trafford and is expected to hold talks with new manager David Moyes in the coming days regarding his future with United, but he is expected to move on during the transfer window.
The 26-year-old has been linked with big-spending French outfit Monaco in the past but their interest may well have cooled following the capture of James Rodriguez.
Italian giants Juventus have also been credited with an interest but it remains to be seen as to whether they will match United's 10million euro [£8.5million] asking price.
