Mata still believes

Juan Mata is confident that Manchester United will finish in the top four despite Sunday's disappointing draw with Fulham.

The Red Devils dominated the clash with the Cottagers and put in over 80 crosses during the match but, despite coming back from a goal down to take a 2-1 lead, could not hang on and had to settle for a point.

It was a result that left the Old Trafford outfit in seventh place in the top-flight standings and nine points behind Liverpool in fourth place.

It will be a tall order for the champions to qualify for the Champions League next season as they will also have to get past Everton and Tottenham as well, but the former Chelsea midfielder feels they can do it.

"It seems that luck is not on our side, but you know that I don't like to give excuses, he said. "I'm sure we will make it, but there are less and less games to play so the sooner the better."

Punters looking to use a free bet might fancy a Mata-inspired United to pull off a miracle and finish in the top four and they are next in action against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night.
