Manchester United striker Angelo Henriquez is set to join Real Zaragoza on loan while the club has a fresh interest in Ander Herrera.
Henriquez, 19, is preparing for a season-long loan switch to the Spanish second division - a step down from his previous loan stint at Wigan Athletic.
However, after scoring on his debut for Latics last January, he was rarely involved in their forlorn battle against relegation and stunning FA Cup run.
Real Zaragoza are in need of a goalscorer so United believe he will play regularly and the Chilean striker has a happy knack of scoring on his debut - as he did for his country, Wigan, United under-21s and the senior side when he notched against Valerenga in Oslo earlier this month.
Meanwhile, United have reignited their interest in Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera with five days left in the summer transfer window.
Herrera, 24, was one of the stars of Athetic's 5-3 aggregate victory over United in the Europa League in 2012 and came out with the best physical statistics from their 3-2 win at Old Trafford.
United have monitored his progress in Bilbao for the last two seasons and could be ready to launch a bid as David Moyes remains keen to strengthen his midfield department after failing to land Cesc Fabregas.
Herrera has been compared to Fabregas in style and Arsenal were interested in signing him before he joined Athletic Bilbao in 2010. Arsene Wenger has also retained an interest and could also become involved in the scrap for his signature.
