Manchester United are reportedly tracking Athletic Bilbao's Markel Susaeta and Granada's Guilherme Siqueira.
Susaeta caught the eye of Sir Alex Ferguson during both legs of their Europa League clash, in which he put in two excellent performances to help the Basque club qualify for a meeting with Schalke.
And Siqueira is reported to have been scouted by Ferguson's brother Martin, who was in the stands watching the left-back during El Grana's fixture with Sevilla last week.
Both players are rated at around the £15million mark, but as former Spain Under-21 international Susaeta has only one year left on his present contract so he could be available for just £6million.
The Los Leones star's new cheaper value has alerted fellow top sides Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, but United may make a move to try and pull off a deal for the 24-year-old.
Former Udinese man Siqueira's contract has a further three years to run so he may turn out to be more expensive.
