MK Dons midfielder Keith Andrews is being linked with a £1.5million move to Sheffield United during the close-season.
Reports in Milton Keynes' MK Citizen Newspaper claim the Dublin-born player is looking for a chance to play in the Championship after helping the Dons to the League Two title last term under Paul Ince, who has now left to take over at Blackburn Rovers.
New boss Roberto Di Matteo is thought to be wanting to keep Andrews for their assault on League One, but Blades boss Kevin Blackwell will offer Nicky Law as part of the transfer.
If Andrews joins he will be the third player to arrive at Bramall Lane following on from Greg Halford and Sun Jihai.
