Kennedy relishing Dons chance

Matty Kennedy is looking forward to getting started at MK Dons after joining the club on loan from Everton in midweek.

The 19-year-old, who made eight appearances for Tranmere while on loan at Prenton Park earlier this campaign, could make his Dons debut against Wolves on Saturday and he is relishing the prospect of playing in front of a bumper crowd.

He told the club's official website: "You dream about playing in front of thousands of fans and MK Dons have given me the chance to come and do that.

"I'm pleased to be here and hopefully I can get a run-out on Saturday. I remember coming to this stadium (with Tranmere) and it's brilliant.

"Obviously Wolves are up there so it's going to be difficult game but we need to focus on ourselves. We need to get the three points to get into the play-offs."
