English side looking at Reynolds

Mark Reynolds has been linked with a move to Blackburn Rovers with the Premier League side prepared to pay Motherwell £500,000.

The 22-year-old still has a year to run on his current deal at Fir Park but Rovers are keeping tabs on his situation with a view to a swoop at the end of the season.

Reynolds can play either left or right-back and his versatility is a big attraction for Rovers boss Sam Allardyce, who wants to bolster his defence in the summer.

Motherwell are ready to cash in rather than see him leave on a free so a fee in the region of £500,000 could be enough to secure a deal.
