Newcastle defender Massadio Haidara believes the absence of Liverpool striker Luis Suarez for Saturday's game will make his job easier.
The Uruguayan was handed a 10-game ban by the Football Association on Wednesday after he was found guilty of biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic in the Premier League meeting on Sunday.
Haidara joined the Magpies in January as one of a number of new French signings made by manager Alan Pardew to strengthen the struggling squad.
The former Nancy man expects the Reds to be a different beast without Suarez, who has netted 30 times in all competitions this term.
Haidara said: "He is definitely the difference for Liverpool. Without him, they will be a different team.
"He is the focal point for their attack. They have other quality players but if he is not playing, that will definitely be a positive for us."
