Newcastle line up Juve raid

Newcastle have been linked with a £7.5million move for Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic but will face competition for the Montenegrin.

Vucinic has managed just three Serie A starts for Juve this term due to the summer arrivals of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente, and reports in Italy suggest the Turin club are keen to sell in January.

Newcastle have been credited with an interest in the 30-year-old forward as boss Alan Pardew is keen to strengthen his attacking options in January.

However, Newcastle will face competition from Premier League rivals Spurs as reports claim the player's agent has already been in contact with the two English sides.
