Snedker off to Brackley

Last Updated: Wed, 06 Aug 2014 15:20

Northampton and England Under-19 goalkeeper Dean Snedker has joined Conference side Brackley on loan until January.

The 19-year-old made his professional debut for the Cobblers in 2011 against Cardiff in the League Cup but has yet to feature since.

"Dean is at the age where he needs to be playing first team football to continue his development," Northampton boss Chris Wilder told the official club website.

"This move will give him the chance to play regular first team football while also helping out a local club."
