Norwich midfielder Jacob Butterfield has had his loan spell with Bolton extended by a further month.

Butterfield will now remain at the Reebok Stadium until January 5.

The 22-year-old former Barnsley man, who returned from a serious knee injury earlier this term, is boss Dougie Freedman's only signing to date at Wanderers and has made two starts and as many substitute appearances.
