Norwich will take on Everton at Carrow Road on the opening day of the season before their first away game at Hull the next week.
New Toffees boss Roberto Martinez will bring his Everton squad to Norwich on August 17 for the Spaniard's first competitive game in charge.
The Canaries will then travel to the KC Stadium to face the Premier League's new boys Hull before a home game against Southampton on August 31 to round off the month.
Fulham provide the opposition on Boxing Day, while another home game is pencilled in for December 28 against champions Manchester United.
Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park is scheduled for New Year's Day.
Norwich will hope to be safe from the drop going into the final four matches of the season after being handed a horrible run-in, with successive clashes against Liverpool (April 19 - H), Manchester United (April 26 - A), Chelsea (May 3 - A) and Arsenal (May 11 - H) lined up.
