Beram Kayal's advisor is still waiting to see if Norwich will make an offer to Celtic to sign the Israeli international midfielder.
Canaries chief Chris Hughton was in attendance at Celtic Park to watch the Scottish Premier League champions defeat Motherwell 1-0.
And, while Hughton is believed to be looking to bring a new striker into Carrow Road this January, reports claimed he was there to keep tabs on £5million-rated Kayal.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon will no doubt do all he can to keep one of his influential players in Glasgow ahead of their involvement in the last 16 of the Champions League and bid to retain their domestic title.
However, Kayal's uncle and informal advisor, Hamoudi Kayal, claims he would be tempted by the opportunity to move south of the border.
He told the Daily Mail: "Beram is back in Israel on holiday and thinking about staying fit and healthy and, hopefully, helping Celtic win the SPL and get past Juventus in the Champions League.
"It's no secret that the Norwich manager was in Glasgow the other night and we'll know in the coming days just how serious they are about wanting him.
"Of course, Beram would be disappointed to leave Celtic - but the chance to play in the English Premier League is every player's dream.
"However, you would have to ask Celtic or Pini Zahavi (Kayal's agent) if there are any formal talks between Celtic and Norwich."
