Norwich have confirmed that striker Chris Martin has joined Swindon Town on loan until the New Year.

The 24-year-old has joined the League One club on a short-term loan switch that will keep him at the County Ground until January 5.

Martin has been limited to just three appearances for Norwich City this season under Chris Hughton - playing in the Capital Cup wins over Scunthorpe and Doncaster Rovers along with an 87th-minute appearance as a substitute against QPR in the Premier League fixture back in August.

Martin has scored 34 goals in 117 appearances for the Canaries.
