Norwich City midfielder Robert Snodgrass has hailed the team spirit and work ethic at Carrow Road and is confident of survival.

The Canaries endured a tough start to the campaign under the guidance of new boss Chris Hughton but have been in form of late, with two wins and two draws in their previous four matches.

Snodgrass was signed by Hughton from Leeds United in July and the Scottish international has revealed he found it easy to fit into the Norwich squad thanks to his experience of playing against the Canaries in the lower leagues and the team spirit at Carrow Road.

"There is a great work ethic and a great belief around the place. There is no big time Charlies or players that get carried away with themselves," he told the Norwich Evening News 24.

"This club is built on the success from League One and the Championship and when we (Leeds) played against them they were always a hard-working team. The boys have got a point to prove. They're all young, hungry lads and we have to keep building on it."
