Redmond pleased with improvement

Nathan Redmond believes he has improved significantly since he joined Norwich in the summer from Birmingham.

The winger was brought to Carrow Road by his old boss at St Andrew's, Chris Hughton, and he has gone on to earn plenty of plaudits for his performances for the Canaries in the top flight.

Redmond believes playing in the Premier League and training with top players has helped his game dramatically although he admits he still has plenty of room for improvement.

He said: "I'm definitely a much better player now than even 12 months ago because of all the new experiences I have had.

"All the older lads tell you that football just goes in the blink of an eye and that is certainly true for the past year or so. Every now and then I get a chance to step back and see what I have done.

"If I look at clips of my playing at Birmingham and now at Norwich the quality I have shown on the ball and the work off it show me that I have improved, but I know I have to keep improving."
