Norwich City target Ola Toivonen has hinted he could still come to Carrow Road, but he's not in a hurry to quit PSV Eindhoven.
The Canaries agreed a £4.7million fee with the Dutch club over a month ago, but the Swede is lukewarm over a potential switch to Norfolk and appears to be waiting for other clubs to come in for him.
He missed PSV's Champions League qualifier against Zulte-Waregem on Tuesday night and club officials are keen to wrap up a sale soon as the forward is already a month into the final year of his contract.
But Toivonen, when asked about Norwich, revealed that he has not definitely ruled out the move to Carrow Road.
"I did not say definitively it was no longer an option," he told VI.
"I want to take my time, I do not hurry."
PSV officials are believed to be threatening Toivonen with a long spell in their reserve side and training with the youth team if he attempts to let his contract run out in order to leave on a free transfer next summer.
"If, at the end of the transfer window, Toivonen is still here, we will get back around the table," said coach Phillip Cocu.
"[But] the market is still open for a month. We will wait and see what happens."
